Sesame Ginger Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 cups bite size broccoli florets
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp OLiV Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp OLiV Sesame Ginger White Balsamic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. In a medium bowl toss broccoli, pepper and tomatoes with sesame oil, OLiV Frantoio EVOO and OLiV Sesame Ginger White Balsamic. Season with salt & pepper. Spread evenly on the sheet pan and roast for about 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir once half way through.
