Grilled vegetables with Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch asparagus
- 2 Small zucchini sliced
- 1 Red pepper, cut into strips
- 3 tbsp OLiV Honey Garlic
- 2 tbsp OLiV Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Preheat a grill to medium high. Put asparagus, zucchini and red pepper on a grill mat or basket. Spray with oil and season with salt & pepper. Grill until edges are brown 8 to 10 minutes. In a small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar and salt. Transfer vegetables to a plate. Pour dressing over vegetables and serve.
