Grilled Sesame Ginger Chicken
In a medium bowl, whisk together the ginger, soy sauce, OLiV Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, hoisin sauce, OLiV Sesame Ginger White Balsamic and sesame oil. Pour into a Ziploc bag, add chicken, seal and toss to coat. Refrigerate, for at least an hour and up to overnight. Turning occasionally. Heat BBQ to med-high. Cook the chicken for 4 -5 minutes a side (depending on thickness) or until chicken shows no signs of pink. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for a few minutes.
