Our White Balsamic is a delicious and delicate sweet balsamic vinegar made in Stainless Steel Casks which allows it to retain its natural light colour. Use it to add a sweet flavour to salad dressings without turning your greens a dark colour. Great for marinades or de-glazing. Because it is unflavoured it can be paired with virtually any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
