Our Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a 'green' aroma and because of the high level of polyphenols has a peppery finish. This oil is ideal for Greek recipes such as hummus, Greek Salad, Greek Pasta Salad, roasted potatoes or rice dishes.
Pairs well with Cask 18, Fig, Garlic Cilantro, Smoked or Zesty Lemon Balsamic Vinegar.
