Tropical Fruit Salad

Directions
Peel & core the pineapple, cut into bite size chunks.  Peel the orange and cut into bite size chunks.  Slice the banana.  Peel the mango & cut into bite size chunks.  Put all the fruit together in a bowl.  Drizzle with OLiV Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar. Stir to coat fruit.
Serve in small glass bowls topped with mint or vanilla yogurt.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
