Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2 - 4 ounce Salmon filets
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp OliV Sesame Ginger White Balsamic
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced
Directions:
Combine sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce &, rice vinegar & OLiV Sesame Ginger White Balsamic in a large Ziploc bag and add salmon, marinate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Preheat oven to 400F. Place salmon on a small sheet pan, reserving marinade in a small pot and roast about 15 minutes (depending on thickness) until desired doneness. While salmon is cooking, heat the reserved marinade in a small skillet or pot and simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 2 minutes. Brush sauce over salmon, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
