Peach White Balsamic Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 3 Fresh peaches, diced
- 3 Tbsp OLiV Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil cut into thin strips
- 1 Baguette or Mini Toasts
- Spreadable cream cheese
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine peaches, balsamic vinegar & basil & toss to coat.
Toast baguette (if using).
Spread each toast with cream cheese, top with peach mixture, drizzle Peach balsamic over all.
Serve
