- 2 lbs fresh or frozen peaches
- 3/4 cups water
- 3 Tbsp OLiV Peach White Balsamic
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Cut peaches into small chunks. Put all ingredients in a blender, pulse a few times & then blend until smooth - about 1 minute.
Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.
Put pan uncovered on a level shelf in the freezer for about 4 hours - Rake with a fork every hour to pull the frozen edges into the middle. Continue this every hour until you have the consistency you want.
Serve in small glass bowls.
Garnish with fresh fruit & mint if desired.
Makes 8 - 10 servings.
