Coconut White Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 6 Tbsp OLiV Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 Tbsp OLiV Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a bowl & whisk to combine or put all into a jar with a lid, cover and shake until combined.
Serve on your favourite salad - such as spinach, oranges, red onions & pecans.
Makes about 1 cup.
