Coconut Balsamic Salmon
- 2 - 3 to 4 ounce salmon fillets
- 1/2 Tbsp OLiV Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or any cultivar)
- 3 Tbsp OLiV Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
- Sea Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Season salmon with salt & pepper. Add salmon to skillet. Cook about 1 minute on each side to brown. Pour Coconut White Balsamic over salmon. Cook for about 5 minutes or until salmon is fork tender and flaky and sauce has reduced to glaze the salmon. Serve with lemon wedges.
