Black Bean & Corn Salsa
- 1 - 540ml can black beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 - 341 ml can corn, drained
- 1 - 796 ml can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 Tbsp OLiV White Lime Balsamic
- Salt & pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to medium bowl, stir well to combine.
Serve with tortilla chips.
