Balsamic Glazed Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup season bread crumbs or quick oats
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Ingredients for the Glaze:
- 3 Tbsp ketcup
- 1 Tbsp OLiV Smoked Balsamic
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl & mix together well until everything is combined. Shape into a loaf form and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
Stir together the glaze ingredients and spoon over the meatloaf. Bake until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees, about 60 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then Serve.
