• 1 1/3 cup sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• ½ tsp. baking powder

• ½ tsp. sea salt

• ½ cup cocoa powder

• 2/3 cup flour

• 2 tsp. OLiV Chocolate Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

• 1 Cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
